Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
A brachioplasty, or arm lift, creates a slimmer, more toned appearance in the upper arms by surgically removing extra fat and skin. As we age, the soft tissue of the upper arm becomes looser, causing drooping and sagging that some people find embarrassing. By tightening this tissue, surgery can achieve a more youthful look.
Candidates for this procedure should have significant loose skin and fat in the upper arm, keep a stable weight, and have realistic expectations. Patients should also be overall healthy and free of major medical conditions.
