  • APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS: All treatment appointments scheduled must be rescheduled or canceled
    no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Amerejuve reserves the right to charge your credit card on
    file a $50 fee for all appointments change made within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, or as a no-show fee. If you do
    not have a credit card on file we will add a $50 no show fee to your account that must be paid on your next visit, prior to
    treatment
  • WARNING: ANTIBIOTIC USE: WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ANY LASER HAIR REDUCTION/ IPL TREATMENT IS STRICLY PROHIBITED Should you
    begin antibiotics of any kind, it is your sole responsibility to make all needed changes to scheduled treatment dates and
    times. Amerejuve is NOT responsible for verifying with you or reminding you about the use of antibiotics when scheduling
    your appointments. The last dose of any antibiotic must be a minimum of 14 days prior to a scheduled Laser Hair Removal
    treatment. Should you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours or arrive for a treatment and need to be
    rescheduled due to antibiotic use within the 14 day period, you will be charged $50 per session originally scheduled and then
    be rescheduled
  • LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, Amerejuve reserves the
    right to consider you as a no-show. If the schedule permits, we will perform all or part of your treatment areas. Amerejuve
    cannot be held responsible for late arrivals.
  • REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Amerejuve requires full payments prior to scheduling any treatment appointment. ALL SALES ARE
    FINAL at the point of purchase. You may exchange any purchase within 6 months of the original purchase date. Purchase
    exchanges may be applied towards the value of any other requested service. No exchanges will be allowed more than 6
    months after original purchase date, except for pregnancy or medical illnesses. The exchange value will be calculated by
    subtracting the pro-rated value of all services rendered from the purchased amount. All packages expire a year after
    purchase date. Packages cannot be shared with family or friends.
  • RETURNED CHECKS: Should a check be returned for insufficient funds, you will be changed a $40 fee. You will not be able to
    make any appointment until the payment amount and fee has been paid and your records are current. Furthermore,
    Amerejuve will no longer accept this form of payment. You will either have to pre- pay with cash, or provide accredit card to
    secure payment.
  • COURTESY APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Amerejuve will make every effort to make a courtesy telephone call, email, and text reminder
    of your appointment. These calls are to confirm any scheduled appointment and are not guaranteed. All appointments are considered
    confirmed at the time and is current. We also recommend that you opt-in to receive text and email reminders.
  • CHILDREN: Due to the nature of business at Amerejuve, children under the age of 18 will not be allowed in any treatment
    room for any reason. Should you bring children between the ages of 13-18, they must wait for you in our reception area. No
    children under the age of 13 will be left unattended in our facility at any time for any reason.
  • RESULTS: The practice of medical spa treatments is not an exact science. Although good results are anticipated, there can be
    no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as o the actual results you may get. Occasionally, additional
    treatment and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for
    which you may be responsible.

Amerejuve may have promotional offers, sales, and/or specials. Specials pricing at the time of purchase will prevail and will not be adjusted, credited or
refunded to reflect any new pricing that may be available after your original purchase. All cancellation policies, fees and exchanges will apply to all
purchases, including sales, specials and promotions.

NO POLICY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE DON’T ASK
Amerejuve reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for ANY reasons management deems appropriate.
Amerejuve also reserves the right to change or modify the terms of this agreement without notice.
