Are you getting acne from wearing your mask? Don’t worry! Here are a few tips and tricks you can do for skin care that can help eliminate and maintain healthy clean skin, while also staying healthy and clean in everyday mask-wearing life!

Tip #1: Get a GOOD cleanser and moisturizer!

One of the best ways to make your skin happy is to keep it clean, and this is the first step into your face washing 101 handbook! Washing your face with a fragrance-free cleanser is super beneficial to your skin in many ways! You want to get off any bacteria and dirt that is lying in your pores and dead skin cells. A good cleansing face wash can definitely relieve that dirt and give you a brighter, happier looking face! Having dry skin can also happen when wearing your face mask, and applying a good moisturizer, one that has; Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid and Dimethicone, can help add that layer of moisture your skin needs to reduce the dryness! You would want to apply moisturizer right after cleansing the face.

Tip #2: Exfoliate! Exfoliate! Exfoliate!

Exfoliating your face a few times a week is also a good addition to making sure your skin is as clean as possible! Find a good exfoliating facial wash that has small granules in it can help tear skin slightly to where you can get out the dirt stuck in your pores that cause clogs. Having an exfoliater can definitely help when moisture gets locked in from wearing your mask and clogging your pores.

Tip #3: Make sure you WASH. YOUR. MASK!

You want to wash your mask after a few uses to ensure no dirt, oils and bacteria are sticking to it. Using a fragrance-free laundry soap/detergent can help to not irritate your skin! Try not to use fabric softener, too

Tip #4: Diet and Drink Water!

Making sure you have healthy eating habits, keep your body hydrated at ALL times and minimizing the amount of sweet junk food you eat can make a huge difference in your overall skin appearance.
