Fusion Imaging
AMEREJUVE is the first and only in Texas
to introduce exclusive Juvimage™ technology to improve the
safety of laser and light-based aesthetic treatments.

What
is Juvimage™ Infrared Fusion Imaging?
Juvimage™
is the process by which we combine an infrared picture with
a standard, visible light image.

Fusion Image
AMEREJUVE
uses this innovative method to make your treatment as safe
as possible.
How
does Infrared Fusion Imaging work?
A fusion
image is taken of the treatment area before the procedure is
performed. Note that the treatment area has been cooled by a
cooling gel.
Another
fusion image is taken after the procedure is completed.
Why
does Infrared Fusion Imaging make our light-based treatments
safer?
Laser and
other light-based treatments can cause heat to build up in
the skin. Excessive residual heat energy can cause burning
and blistering.
Our
unique system can determine if the light-based procedure has
left any residual “hot spots” on the skin. Any hot spots
can be cooled again to prevent thermal injury from
occurring.
This
method is especially useful for individuals with darker
complexions, in whom typical skin color changes of
overheating (such as reddening) can be more difficult to see
with the naked eye.
Why
does Infrared Fusion Imaging make our light-based treatments
more effective?
The
efficacy of most light-based treatments is based on how much
energy can be safely delivered to the treatment area without
causing thermal injury. Infrared Fusion Imaging allows us
to optimize the energy dose to match your specific skin type
and achieve the desired results, without sacrificing the
element of safety.
