Who should not use Restylane®?

How long does Restylane and Juvederm last?

Restylane injectable gel has been clinically proven to provide results that last up to 6 months, with only one follow-up treatment at either 4 or 6 months. Your healthcare professional can work with you to help you establish your Restylane Regimen.

Juvederm has demonstrated results that last anywhere between 9 and 12 months however results are temporary; touch-up injections as well as repeat injections are usually needed to maintain optimal results.

Where can you have dermal fillers injected?

Dermal fillers can be used individually to add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds or laugh lines); lipstick lines (the area just below the nose and above the upper lip); the corners of the mouth; and marionette lines (the area that extends downward from the corners of the mouth to the jaw line). The safety and effectiveness of dermal fillers for the treatment of anatomic regions other than nasolabial folds have not been established in controlled clinical studies. Patients should be limited to 6.0 mL per treatment.
